Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time, and we'll refund you the difference already paid.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed per school or childcare center — not per user. You can register multiple schools under one billing account.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Profiles, documents and health records are stored securely, and reports are built to support audits and compliance.
